Indemnity
Aniomagic provides kits like the Electronic Sewing Kit™, Collaire™, and related components, with the hope that children will gain intuitions about electrical circuits and programming by designing and making their own interactive fashion projects. Use of needles for hand-sewing pose some risk for puncture. Please observe proper safety procedures and be sure to provide adult supervision when children are sewing their circuits. Our products are intended for ages 11 and up.

By your use of this Site and by ordering Aniomagic's products, you agree to indemnify and hold Aniomagic, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against Aniomagic by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Aniomagic products. We in turn do our best to ensure that our products are safe for their intended uses and audience.
