What kind of payments do you accept?
You can make payments on our secure site using American Express, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and Discover cards. You can also use Paypal®, and the checkout page gives you the option. Please contact us if you want to use another payment method.  
 
 
Can you ship my stuff in a hurry?
Although we can't guarantee it, we try to ship express orders on the same day if they are received before 1pm MDT, Monday - Friday. It is now Saturday, 12:21am MDT.  
 
Where do you ship to?
We ship to over 190 countries, so if you have a mailing address, we can ship to you, anywhere.

Please always make sure that the mailing address you give us is current and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for misaddressed packages.

*First class international packages are not insured, and are not trackable. Your package can spend anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks in the mail before it arrives. By choosing this method, you agree to assume all risk of loss or damage, and you agree to indemnify and hold Aniomagic, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses in connection to the transaction.  
 
 
Why not UPS or Fedex?
Simplicity: all our products are flat and packed in USPS flat-rate envelopes, which give you the best overall shipping rates. We don't carry any bulk or heavy items so any other method just ends up being more expensive. If you do need to use another shipping method, (like Fedex express service that bypasses your country's postal service), please contact us before placing your order.  
 
 
What about sales tax?
We collect Colorado sales tax on any order shipped to a Colorado address, unless the purchase is tax-exempt. Prior to placing tax-exempt orders, send us your tax-exempt certificate and wait for a confirmation/acceptance email before making your purchase.

Although Aniomagic does not collect tax on any shipment to any location outside Colorado, international shipments may be assessed duties, taxes, or fees by the destination country upon delivery. Aniomagic is not responsible for any extra charges, as they are the sole responsibility of the importer.

If you choose not to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from the cost of the order, before the remainder is refunded to you.  
 
 
Refunds or exchanges?
If you order anything from us and are not satisfied with it, please send it back to us in its original condition within one month of receipt and we will either refund or exchange your purchase, less any shipping charges.

What is this all about?
We make materials and smart modules that let you stitch electrical circuits into fabric. Silver-coated threads and tin coated fabrics feel just like traditional thread and fabric, but conduct electricity. With our products, you can quickly decorate things like clothes, bags, and tapestries with soft twinkling circuits.  
 
 
Is it really washable?
Absolutely! For any of your projects, remove the battery, hand wash with a mild detergent, then drip dry. Note that each time you wash conductive thread, it becomes less and less able to carry electricity.  
 
 
Why don't you have printed instructions?
We've found that putting all the documentation online has a number of benefits: we can update the instructions really easily, you can search for exactly what you need, we can provide large pictures in full color, and we all save on paper.
