Shipping
Your kits are carefully packed and are usually on their
way within two business days. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get all
your parts together, but we'll always let you know.
Please always make sure that the mailing address you give us is current and
accurate. We cannot be held responsible for misaddressed packages.

*First class international packages are not insured, and are not
trackable. Your package can spend anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks in the
mail before it arrives. By choosing this method, you agree to assume all
risk of loss or damage, and you agree to indemnify and hold Aniomagic,
its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors
in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from
any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses in connection to the
transaction.
We ship to over 190 countries, so if you have a mailing address, we can ship
to you, anywhere.
Please note that customs fees are not included, and you may have to pay
these fees at your local customs office before getting your package. Aniomagic
is not responsible for packages that may be delayed in customs.
Although we cannot guarantee it, we try to ship express orders on the
same day if they are received before 1pm MST, Monday - Friday.

MasterCard, JCB, and Discover cards.
You can also use Paypal®, and the checkout page gives you the option.

Sales tax
Colorado sales tax is collected on any order shipped
to a Colorado address, unless you have an exemption permit or Colorado
resale tax form. Please contact us if you wish to
make tax-exempt purchases.
Although Aniomagic does not collect tax on any shipment
to any location outside Colorado, international shipments may be assessed
duties, taxes, or fees by the destination country upon delivery. Aniomagic
is not responsible for any extra charges.
If you choose not to pay these extra charges, the return
shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from the cost of the
order, before the remainder is refunded to you.
Refunds or Exchanges
If you order anything from us and are not satisfied
with it, please send it back to us in its original condition within one month
of receipt and we will either refund or exchange your purchase, less any
shipping charges.
