Aniomagic - Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Aniomagic or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including but not limited to ideas for new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, new advertising campaigns, or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, suggestions, samples, demos, or other works. Please understand that this policy exists to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Aniomagic's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Aniomagic. So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Aniomagic or anyone at Aniomagic. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still send them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your idea submission.

Terms of Idea Submission
You agree that: (1) your ideas will automatically become the property of Aniomagic, without compensation to you, and (2) Aniomagic can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, even give them to others.

Product Feedback
Aniomagic does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Aniomagic's existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the contact form. Please provide only specific feedback on Aniomagic's existing products; do not include any ideas that Aniomagic's policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It's just one more way that Aniomagic can learn how to best satisfy your needs.

Feedback and Information
Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Aniomagic shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Terms of User-generated Content
Aniomagic may, from time to time, provide facilities through which you may submit original creations for public display on the website, in newsletters, press releases, trade brochures, posters, and any other medium.

By uploading your content - including images and text - either via the Aniomagic website, or by electronic mail, or by any other means, you agree that (1) Aniomagic reserves the right to review any and all content, to edit, display, or discard said content; that (2) Aniomagic shall be free to use such content on an unrestricted basis, without compensation to you; and (3) Aniomagic can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, even give them to others.
